Recruiting Report: Knowledge is Power...and Speed!

Recruiting NewsThey say "speed kills" and if it's true Penn State is assembling one heck of a deadly recruiting class. This time the Lions have added Knowledge Timmons, a 5'10", 174 lb., 4.35/40 athlete from York (William Penn), PA who just committed to Penn State this afternoon.  Our own Tom McLaughlin was in attendance of Knowledge's press conference where he picked the Nitts. 

Knowledge is a standout on both the gridiron and track, leveraging his blazing speed in the 100 meter, 200 meter, 400 meter, 4X100 relay, 4X400 relay, the high jump, and the triple jump! When it comes to football he sees time at positions ranging from defensive back to running back to wideout. Many feel that his speed will be used in the secondary at the collegiate level at cornerback. In fact, Knowledge's speed have him as the is the reigning PIAA State AAA 100-meter champion. He also won the PIAA Class AAA 200-meter run in 2003.

Knowledge (left,York Daily Record) reportedly would like to participate in both track and football in college, or at least have the option of both available to him. As he said,
